We dispatch all orders as soon as we possibly can, we mainly use Royal Mail, but we occasionally use other couriers too.
Your order will be dispatched on the same day or next working day after the order was placed and we aim to dispatch orders received before 4:30pm on the same working day. Orders received after 4:30pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Working days are Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).
Please note delivery times shown are not a guaranteed time frame and some items may take longer to arrive.
For the UK Next Day Delivery service shown above we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed to arrive the next day before 1pm for orders placed on Monday-Friday.Any orders placed after 4:30pm Friday and over the weekend with UK Next Day Delivery will therefore arrive on the following Tuesday.
Your order will require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your parcel then the courier will leave a card to explain how to arrange a collection or re-delivery. If you know that you will not be available during normal delivery hours then please provide an alternative delivery address when you place your order to prevent delays.
