Standard UK Delivery - Tuesday 17th December
Premium UK Delivery - Thursday 19th December
Next Day Delivery - Sunday 22d December
Please order as early as possible for greater reassurance that your items will arrive before the big day. The dates shown above are the last possible dates for delivery that should arrive before Christmas, however, we cannot offer a guarantee on this as Royal Mail strike action may slow down the delivery times. Should an order not arrive in time you are welcome to make use of our extended returns period to send the item(s) back for a refund up until the end of January 2025.
Delivery Updates:
Please note that over the course of the coming months Royal Mail workers will be engaging in strike action as they continue to appeal for fair pay and better working conditions. Whilst we support their cause, we are aware that the strikes are likely to cause some delays to our usual delivery times and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers. The proposed strike days will continue to be published on the Royal Mail website, so customers concerned about possible delays should check for latest updates directly with Royal Mail. Whilst the strike days will inevitably cause delays, Royal Mail workers are fully focused on working through any backlog of mail that may accumulate during the days when no post is being distributed and they are prioritising parcel deliveries in particular to ensure as little disruption as possible. Customers should expect a delay in delivery times around the strike action days, but please rest assured we will continue to provide prompt dispatch for every order we receive and we are here to answer any queries you may have as always.

We dispatch all orders as soon as we possibly can. We mainly use Royal Mail, but we occasionally use other couriers too.
Your order will be dispatched on the same day or the next working day after the order was placed. Orders received on a Friday will normally be dispatched the following Monday. Working days are Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).
Please note delivery times shown are not a guaranteed time frame and some items may be quicker or may take longer to arrive. Please check for any current delivery updates that may affect delivery times at the top of this page. Your order will require a signature on delivery and if you are not available to sign for your parcel then the courier will leave a card to explain how to arrange a collection or re-delivery. If you know that you will not be available during normal delivery hours then please provide an alternative delivery address when you place your order to prevent delays.

The person receiving the parcel is liable to pay for any charges relating to extra customs or taxation fees that are applied to the parcel at the time of arriving in the destination country. If you are unsure whether your country may apply any such charges, please make enquiries before placing an order, we are unfortunately not able to advise on what any possible fees may be as this varies widely between countries. We will not be liable to pay any additional custom fee or taxation fees relating to any orders placed with us so please make sure you are aware of any possible fees at the time of purchase.
