Over the course of the coming months Royal Mail workers will be engaging in strike action as they continue to appeal for fair pay and better working conditions. Whilst we support their cause, we are aware that the strikes are likely to cause some delays to our usual delivery times and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers. The proposed strike days will continue to be published on the Royal Mail website, so customers concerned about possible delays should check for latest updates directly with Royal Mail, as these are subject to change as the situation develops. Whilst the strike days will inevitably cause delays, Royal Mail workers are fully focused on working through any backlog of mail that may accumulate during the days when no post is being distributed and they are prioritising parcel deliveries to ensure as little disruption as possible. Customers should expect a delay in delivery times around the strike action days, but please rest assured that we will continue to provide prompt dispatch for every order we receive and we are here to answer any queries you may have as always.
